1 large container cool whip
20 Oreos,crushed
1/2 gallon mint ice cream, softened
1 large jar chocolate fudge sauce (Mrs. Richardson's)
1/3 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Finely crush Oreos (can be done in blender). Add melted butter and mix with fork. Press into 9 x 13 pan and put in freezer for 20 minutes. Spread softened ice cream over crust and freeze for an additional 20 minutes. Pour and spread on fudge topping. Chill. Spread with cool whip. Crumble additional cookies and sprinkle on top. Decorate the outer edge with whole cookies. Freeze until ready to serve.
