Blend flour and eggs in large bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt and farina. Whip until thoroughly blended. Turn onto floured board(flour to eliminate stickiness). Take a small amount of dough at a time and shape into a roll, cut into finger-length strips. Drop dumpling into boiling salted water, adding a tablespoon of salt to water and cook for at least 10 minutes. Afterwards drain dumplings. Use fresh salted boiling water for each batch. Coat dumplings with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. To reheat, warm in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
