1- 3# Ranchers Reserve Beef roast (Safeway), Can be a chuck roast, pot roast or 7-blade (the fattier the better and better with the bone in), 1- pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix, 1-can cream of mushroom soup, olive oil.

With roast already in the crock pot, poke it well with a big fork and coat with olive oil (maybe 3-4T...no more). On top of the roast, put the cream of mushroom soup and the dry Lipton soup last. Add maybe 1/2 c. water down the side of the pot, but it shouldn't touch the meat. Cook all day on low. MMMMMMMMM!
