1 C. Butter, 1 c. Cooking Oil,, 1 C. Sugar,1 C. Powdered Sugar, 3 t. vanilla, 2 Eggs, 1 t. Cream of Tartar, 1 t. Baking Soda,1 t. Salt, 4 1/4 C. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, oil and sugars in mixer. Add eggs, vanilla, cream of tartar. In separate bowl, mix together the flour, soda and salt. Add to mixture in mixture and blend thoroughly. Roll into balls (don't flatten) and bake at 375º for 7-8 minutes. Better if baked on a stone. If you don;t have a baking stone, bake them on the top shelf.
