1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cream together, shortening, sugar egg and flour. Mix in tarter, soda, and salt. Mix, roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon. Bake 8- 10 min.
