2 Large Onions, Chopped
2 Bell Peppers, Chopped
3 Celery Stalks, Chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions and Tops, Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Hen, Boiled and Deboned (Save Broth)
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Salt to Taste
1 Bay Leaf
12-16 Ounces Angel Hair Pasta

Boil and debone chicken. In separate skillet, sauté in small amount of fat or oil the onions, peppers, celery, and green onions. Add 1 can Italian tomato paste and cook over low heat unit turns dark. Add the rest of the ingredients except for pasta and simmer for 1 hour, adding broth as needed. Boil 12 ounces of angel hair pasta in chicken broth add water if needed. Remove bay leaf from sauce and serve over pasta.
