1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c, onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
3/4 lb. jack cheese, grated
2 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350
Sauce: Brown ground beef and drain. Add the next 9 ingredients.
Have ready the following: Cooked Lasagna noodles,jack and parmesan cheese. Mix 2 beaten eggs with cottage cheese.
In a 9x12 pan place in order:
1/3 sauce,1/2 noodles,1/2 jack cheese, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 1/2 sauce, all cottage cheese. Remaining jack cheese, noodles, sauce, and parmesan. Cover with foil and cook for 45 min.
