2 Pounds Red Potatoes, Peeled
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 Stick Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/2 Pound Bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in half and boil just until tender . Mix milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, butter, salt and pepper together. Pour mix over potatoes and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Crumble bacon on top and serve.
