Cake:
1 c margarine
1 c water
4 T cocoa
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c sour cream

Icing:
1/2 c margarine
4 T cocoa
6 T milk
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Bring margarine, water & cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat & put in mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients. Beat in eggs, soda and sour cream. Pour onto greased cookie sheet with sides and bake 20 minutes at 375º.
Icing: Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add confectioner's sugar & vanilla. Pour hot icing over cake as soon as it is baked. Nuts or coconut may be added.
