Leftover spaghetti
2 eggs
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
If you have cooked too much spaghetti, you can turn it into fried spaghetti. Beat 2 eggs and about two tablespoons of milk as for scrambled eggs. Heat a little oil in skillet, take a forkful of cooked spaghetti and drop into egg mixture and then into hot oil until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and repeat until all spaghetti and eggs mixture is used.

Personal Notes:
This had to come from Ma Seigel because I had it as a child and I made it for my kids.
