2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
Filling:
24 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
4 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix graham cracker crumbs with margarine and press into 10" spring form pan.

Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into crust and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Blend sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of baked cheese cake and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool on a rack. Refrigerate overnight. If desired, spread fruit - cherry pie filling or strawberries on top of chilled cake right before serving.
