5 c. flour
1 lb Crisco
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
3/4 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, salt and Crisco together until crumbly. In a measuring cup mix the vinegar and brown sugar, then add cold water until the 3/4 cup mark is reached. Drizzle this mixture over the flour mixture. Separate in to 5 balls, roll out. Makes enough for 5 crusts, or 2 1/2 pies.
