1/4 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 C. sliced banana
1/2 C. oil
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Liquefy in blender buttermilk, eggs, banana, oil, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda and stir by hand 50 strokes or until just blended. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.
