3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
Dash of salt
1 TBLS cinnamon
1 TBLS nutmeg
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
4 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Blend mashed sweet potatoes in mixer and remove all strings. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake until at 350 degree oven until done.
