2 lb. beef roast
1/4 c. oil
2 lb. sliced onion
garlic salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
12 oz. beer
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
parsley, bay leaf and thyme
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add onions, salt and garlic. Add beer, sugar and spices. Cook until done and tender. Mix cornstarch with vinegar. Add to juices and cook until thickened for gravy.
