1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. flour or corn tortillas
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. velveeta cheese
1 can chopped green chilis
grated american cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Drain. Place 2 Tbsp. meat in tortilla and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll, place seam side down in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. If using corn tortillas, fry in hot grease just long enough to make pliable. Prepare sauce by melting butter in saucepan. Add flour; gradually add milk. Cook until thick. Add velveeta and green chilis. Pour over filled tortillas. Top with american cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
