3 lb. short ribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. fat
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. sliced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ribs and onion in hot fat until browned. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover; cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
