1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3 c. tomato sauce

Directions:
Brown steak and put in crock pot or baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour over steak. Cook several hours at low temperature for several hours, or until tender. Sauce is enough to cover 4 to 6 pounds of meat. Also good over ribs or chicken.
