4 cans whole green chilis, drained
6 oz. swiss cheese, grated
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chilis well; remove seeds. Stuff with approximately 3 Tbsp. of cheese. Place in bottom of grreased 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour over chilis. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until set.
