3 c. bread cubes
2 tsp. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. milk, scalded
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine sugar, salt, vanilla, butter, cinnamon and eggs. Slowly add scalded milk, stirring constantly. Add bread cubes, mix thoroughly. Pour into well buttered baking dish, set in a pan of warm water. Place into oven and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

You'll probably have to triple the batter to feed 4-6 people. Everyone wants more than 1 serving!
