3 Cups of mashed Yams (cook them till they are soft then beat till smooth)
1 cup pecans (chop as you like)
1 Stick of soften Butter (no margarine)
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup of white sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup condensed milk (not whole can)

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp salt


Directions:
Directions:
1. After yams are cooked and blended mix in the softened butter, sugar, vanilla, condensed milk, eggs, salt
2. Combine together and put in a 2 ½ buttered quart dish
3. Make the topping and either spoon over yams or use your hand to put on dish
4. Bake at 350° for one hour (Watch near end of hour topping can get overdone so put a glass lid or piece of foil on top of dish for remainder of time.)
