1 16oz. can peeled apricots, 1 pkg. orange jello, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, 1 9 inch baked pie shell.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the apricots (save the juice) and put in food processor to pulverize. Heat the juice (1cup worth) to boiling, remove from heat and add jello. Stir until dissolved and ice cream. Stir until melted. Blend in 1 cup apricot pulp. Chill until thickened but not set- about 30 minutes. pour in shell and refrigerate overnight.
