5 lb. hamburger
5 tsp. morton's tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. hickory smoke
salt

Directions:
Directions:
First day; mix all ingredients well, cover and refrigerate. Second day; mix again, cover and refrigerate. Third day; mix well and refrigerate. Fourth day; mix, forn into 5 rolls. Place on rack of oven, with pan underneath to catch drippings. Bake at 140 degrees for 8 hours.
