1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

4 chicken breast halves, boneless (skin on)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine biscuit mix, Creole seasoning, salt, paprika, and pecans. Dip chicken in buttermilk and coat with dry mixture. Pour butter over chicken and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
