4 lbs. weiners
3 doz. eggs
1 clove garlic
1 to 2 jars hot chilis (save jar to measure)
1 jar vinegar
1/2 jar water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 med. onion, chunked or sliced
1 Tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut wieners in 1/3's and boil until swelled. Boil and peel eggs. Bringgarlic, chilis and juice, onion, sugar and salt to a boil. Place weiners and eggs in a gallon jar. Pour hot mixture over, adding more vinegar and water (equal parts) if needed to cover. Let set at least 12 hours. Keeps for several weeks sitting on counter at room temperature. Good with crackers.
