1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. butter extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg. Slowly beat in half the flour; add milk. Beat in remaining flour. Add extracts. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Dip bottom of glass in sugar (colored sugar if desired) and press down lightly. Bake at 400º for 8 to 10 minutes until cookies just start to brown around the edges.
