1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg and spread on the bottom of unbaked pie shell. Then mix the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt, 2 eggs and evaporated milk and pour it gently on top of the cheese mixture.
Slowly bake at 350F for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
