2 1/2 oz. (small jar) of dried beef.
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
1/4 cup chopped green onions.
1/4 cup sour cream.
1/4 cup mayonnaise.
8 oz. cream cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into small strips.
Soften in a cup of cold water (2 minutes in microwave).
Drain water.
Mix rest of ingredients together.
Add cream cheese mixture to softened beef and mix well.
Microwave (medium) for 4 minutes.
Put in a small crock pot to keep warm.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
