1 lb ground beef
1tsp oregano leaves, crushed
3/4 c. salsa
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (16 oz) kernel corn
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg corn muffin mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Cook beef & oregano in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add salsa, tomato sauce and corn. Heat through. Stir in cheese. Pour into 2 qt shallow baking dish. Mix corn muffin mix according to package. Spread over beef mixture.

Bake 25-30 min until golden brown.
