1 duncan hines cake mix either whits or chocolate depending on which bars you want
1 can hersheys chocolate syrup
1 large package shredded coconut

Open coconut package 1 day before making bars and place on a dry cookie sheet pan
bake cake following package directions in a 9 x 13 pan
if it says 25- 30 minutes cook the longer time
freeze the cake whole at least overnight
mix 1 can of chocolate with 1/3 - 1/2 cup of water
run the coconut through the food processor grind to fine
remove cake and cut off outside edges
cut rows 4 across 6 down
roll each pieces quickly in the chocolate mixture quickly so it does not absorb to much chocolate
on wax paper pour small amount of the ground coconut and role cake squares in it. Replace sheets and coconut often so it stays clean
Dry on a cookie sheet so extra chocolate can drip off
let stand at least 4 hours to dry
