1 tbsp butter melted
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
4 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour unsifted
3 mashed ripe bananas
optional additions: 1/2 c nuts, 1/2 c. blueberries, 1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 º. Mix ingredients in order named. Grease loaf pan lightly. Spoon mixture into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until browned and cake tester comes out clean in center of cake. Let cake cool for 15 min. before removing from pan. Slices toast beautifully if desired
