2 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. Quick tender salt
1 c. water1/4 tsp. pepper1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 3 rolls. Wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Unwrap and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. It's best to bake on rack to allow grease to drain. Broiler pan works great!!
