Tortillas (cut into triangles)
Oil
Salsa Verde (see recipe in sauces)
Queso Fresco crumbled
Onion diced
Cilantro chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Fry tortilla triangles until crisp; remove and set aside. Make salsa verde, add to pan and bring to boil. Add tortilla triangles back in and cook until soft. Remove. Serve with crumbled queso fresco, onion and cilantro on top.

Sorry about the lack of quantities. Learned to cook this in Guadalajara and it was just a guessing game as to amounts.
