4 Large Potatoes
3 oz. Pkg. of Cream Cheese
1/4 Pint Sour Cream
1/2 Stick of Margarine
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Slices of Crisp Bacon or Bacon Bits
1 tbsp. Chopped Onion
2 Slices of Cheese
1 Green Onion(Chopped)
1/4 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes. Cut lengthwise and scoop out insides, leaving hulls to be refilled. Add to the potatoes the cream cheese, butter, salt, onion, sour cream and milk. Beat until smooth. Fill hulls and add chopped green onions, bacon and slices of cheese on top of potatoes. Bake at 350º long enough to melt cheese. Serve while hot.

This recipe was given to me by Mamaw Surber(Junior Surber's mother) at my wedding recipe shower. These are still a favorite at all of our family holiday meals.
