1 1/2 c. Corn Meal (Self-rising)
1 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Cream Style Corn
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in iron skillet or 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 400º for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with soft butter.
