1/3 cup sliced green onions
2 tsp margarine
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely choped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 7 oz jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook green onions in hot margarine until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in artichoke hearts, 1 C parmesan cheese, red peppers, mayonnaise and black pepper. Transfer to 9-inch pie plate, spreading evenly.

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese and parsley

Bake uncovered in 350º oven about 20 minutes or until heated throughout.

Serve with assorted vegetable dippers, breads , crackers.
