8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 pkg (5.2 oz each) garlick and fine herbs Gournay cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
2 boxes (10 oz each) chopped forzen spinach. Thawed and well drained.
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 can (5 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
4 scallions, chopped
1 small carrot peeled, finely diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Wheat Thins crackers

In food processor, combine cheeses and cream. Process until very smooth. Add lemon juice, worcestershire and hot sauce. Pulse to combine.

Place spinach in mixing bowl. Add cheese blend to spinach, Mix in bell pepper, water chestnuts, scallions and carrots until the veges are evenly distributed.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with crackers
