1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Yellow Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. mandarin oranges, partially drained.

Topping:
12 oz. pkg Cool Whip
1 large or 2 small boxes of Jello INSTANT French Vanilla pudding mix
1 16oz can crushed pineapple in syrup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Blend the cake mix, 4 eggs and oil until just blended. Add the mandarin oranges and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into a wax paper lined 9x13" pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Put on rack to cool.

Make topping. Combine Cool Whip, Jello and crushed pineapple. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
