4 c graham flour
2 c all purpose flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp salt
1 qt buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 9x5x3 loaf pans. Combine both flours, sugar and salt. Combine buttermilk and baking soda;stir into flour mixture. Pour into loaf pans.

Put into preheated oven at 350º. Bake one hour and ten minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack. If you use whole wheat flour instead of graham flour,You will have a dark loaf that is sweet and tastes like bran muffins by the slice.
