2 – 15 oz. cans Bruce’s Cut Yams
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
½ tsp. salt
1 cup large marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Add salt to brown sugar.
Drain yams.
Place yams, brown sugar and margarine into casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until glazed.
Remove casserole from oven and place marshmallows side by side on top. Then continue baking for an additional couple of minutes until the marshmallows are browned.
Do not over bake.
