2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/4 lb margarine
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 c grated carrots
1/2 c grated apples
3 tbsp orange juice
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs. Cream sugar and margarine. Mix in eggs. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Combine flour mixture and egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in carrots, apples, orange juice, and nuts.
Pour into cake pan.
Bake until golden and cake springs back when gently touched with finger.
