1 lb ground pork
1 tbsp very finely minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp very finely minced fresh garlic
1/2 c each of finely minced green onions & cilantro
2 eggs
1 tbsp each of fish sauce, soy sauce,wonton dipping sauce
1 pkg wonton skins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, reserving 1 egg for egg wash.
Put 1 heaping tsp full of meat mixture on top a wonton wrapper. Brush egg wash over into edges of the wrapper.Fold over and seal edges by crimping. Wontons can be steamed, boiled(gently), deep fried or pan fried.
