2 small watermelons

4 t. red chile powder

1/4 t. turmeric powder

2 t. coriander powder

4 t. garlic

1/2 t. salt

1 T. oil

4 t. cumin seeds

8 t. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut up watermelon in 11/2 inches cubes. Take two cups of watermelon to put in the blender, together with chile, turmeric powder and coriander and garlic. Add some water to blend these ingredients.

2. Heat oil and add the cumin seeds 20 seconds and add watermelon juice mixture. Lower medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes or so, so that the spices cook completely and the liquid is reduced by a third. Then add lime juice and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add the remaining chopped watermelon and cook over a low heat for 4 minutes.

4. Serve rice if wanted or just serve only the peices of watermelon after some hours. It is very spice!
