18 large jalapeņos
8oz cream cheese
1/2 lb shrimp (can substitute chicken breast)
9 strips bacon, cut in half
1 tbsp. butter
salt & pepper to taste
pinch garlic salt
1 cup ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare jalapeņos: Cut tops off, use vegetable peeler to remove seeds & ribs. Rinse & drain excess water.

Prepare stuffing: Cut shrimp into small cubes, Saute with butter using salt, pepper & garlic salt to season.

In small sauce pan, heat cream cheese, spoon in cooked shrimp without excess liquid. Heat until completely blended. Cool mixture.

Stuff each jalapeņo with mixture & wrap with bacon. Skewer 4 jalapeņos on one long skewer at the top, use second skewer at bottom (this helps with cooking evenly & keeping the stuffing in). BBQ on low, turning frequently, until Bacon is completely cooked. Use ranch dressing for dipping.
