2 cups Ore-ida Crispy Crowns
1 lb. sausage
2 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion, Drain. Spread potatoes in 9 x 11 baking dish, then spread sausage over them. Spread cheese over this. Combine eggs and milk with whisk. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
