1 med. onion chopped
6 med. green peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup precooked rice
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean out peppers and pre-cook in boiling salted water for 5 mins; drain, sprinkle inside with salt. Brown beef and onion in oil, then add tomatoes, rice, worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Add cheese and stuff peppers standing upright in 10 x 6 baking dish or any dish that works. Bake uncovered in moderate oven at 350º for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with additional cheese.
