4-5 pound pork roast (rubbed with 1/2 tsp. of each of the following: table salt, garlic salt and chili powder) tie with cotton cord,

Sauce: 1 cup apple jelly
1 cup catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder

Topping:
1/2 cup corn chips crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in shallow pan at 325º for 2 hours or until 165º inside. Combine ingredients for sauce and boil. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Brush on roast and sprinkle with the corn chips. Return to oven and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serve with sauce.
