-1 1/4 cups flour
-1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
-1/2 cup sugar
-3/4 cup melted butter
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-1/4 tsp. salt
-2 tsp. vanilla
-10 oz. jar apricot or raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º
-In large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, butter, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Beat at low speed until mixture is crumbly (1-2 minutes).
-Set aside 1 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
-Spread preserves within 1/2 inch from the edge of the crumb mixture.
-Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture.
-Bake for 22-27 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
