11/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter (11/2 sticks)
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 tbsp milk
13/4 c Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 c uncooked Quick or Old fashioned Oats
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Pre heat oven at 375º f
Combine in a small bowl the flour,baking powder,baking soda,ground cinnamon and Salt.

In a Large bowl beat Butter,brown sugar,Granulated sugar and vanilla extract beat till creamy. Beat in egg slowly adding flour mixture and milk. Stir in Morsels,Oats , Raisins and nuts mix well.. Using a Table spoon drop balls on to an ungreeased cooking sheet, Cook for 10 to 14 min or till the edges are brown. Take out of oven let cool off for 2 min before trying to take then off the pan.
