4 Pork Chops
1 Cup barbecue sauce
1/2 Cup water
1/3 Cup vinegar
1 Jar pineapple or peach preserves (12 oz)
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in small amount of oil. Season on both sides with salt and pepper to taste. Mix barbecue sauce, vinegar and water and pour over meat. Let simmer 45 to 55 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat. Add preserves and simmer 15 to 20 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
